Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available). You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
